Can you clean around medical equipment?
Yes. We clean carefully around walkers, wheelchairs and equipment, and we don't move or adjust medical devices. Tell us about anything we should avoid.
Will you move furniture?
We don't move heavy furniture, but we'll clean every surface we can reach and keep walkways clear.
Can you come regularly while I recover?
Yes. Many people book a visit every week or two for as long as they need help, then stop or switch to monthly.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
No. Just tell us which rooms matter most, any rooms to avoid, any pets, and how we get in.
