Yes. Share the access details when we confirm the booking and we'll let you know when the clean is finished.
Who pays, me or the seller?
Either. We quote whoever books, and payment is due after the service.
How far ahead do I need to book?
As soon as you know the photo date. We can sometimes fit in a clean within a day or two, depending on availability, but earlier gives you more choice.
Can you clean before every open house?
Yes. After the first deep clean, a standard clean is usually enough to reset the kitchen, bathrooms, entry and floors before an open house.
Do you clean vacant homes?
Yes. Empty homes are faster to clean thoroughly, and we can come back between showings to keep the dust down.
