When should I book the clean?
Once the trades are completely finished, including touch-up painting. If the clean happens while work is still going on, the dust comes straight back.
Why is renovation dust so hard to get rid of?
It's much finer than household dust, so it floats, settles and gets pulled through vents. HEPA vacuuming captures it instead of blowing it back into the air.
Do you remove construction debris?
No. We clean, but we don't haul away debris, leftover materials or garbage. Ask your contractor to clear those first.
Can you clean inside cabinets and closets?
Yes. Dust gets inside cupboards and closets even when the doors are closed, so we include them where they're empty and accessible.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the renovation and how much dust has spread. We'll estimate the time when we confirm your quote.
