Can my pets stay home during the clean?
Yes. Some pets are happier in another room or crated while we vacuum, so tell us what works for yours and we'll work around them.
Can you get rid of pet smells?
Cleaning the floors, surfaces and soft furniture removes much of what causes everyday pet smells. Odours soaked deep into carpet or underlay may need carpet cleaning, which we can quote as well.
Do you vacuum furniture?
Yes, on request. Let us know which sofas or chairs collect the most hair.
How often should pet owners book?
Every week or every two weeks keeps shedding under control for most homes. Homes with several pets or heavy shedders usually go weekly.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, as long as we can get in. Many clients leave a key or door code. We finish with a walkthrough of every room, and if you're not there we'll let you know when we're done.
