When is the best time to book a move-in clean?
Between getting the keys and the movers arriving. Empty rooms let us reach inside cabinets, closets and corners. If you're moving in the same day you get the keys, tell us and we'll work out the timing.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, as long as we can get in. Many clients leave a key or door code. We finish with a walkthrough of every room, and if you're not there we'll let you know when we're done.
Can you clean after we've already moved in?
Yes. We'll clean around your furniture and boxes. Cabinets and closets that are already full need to be emptied before we can clean inside them.
What's the difference between a move-in clean and a deep clean?
A move-in clean is for an empty home and includes the inside of cabinets, drawers and closets. A deep clean is for a lived-in home and focuses on built-up grime on the surfaces you use every day.
Can you clean a condo or apartment with building rules?
Yes. Let us know about concierge registration, elevator bookings, visitor parking and any time restrictions, and we'll plan the visit around them.
