Will a professional clean guarantee I get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise what a landlord will decide, and what a landlord can hold back depends on your lease and the rules that apply to it. What a thorough clean does is remove the most common walkthrough complaints, so cleanliness isn't the issue.
When should I book the clean?
After the movers leave and before the walkthrough. An empty unit lets us clean inside cabinets, closets and appliances, and nothing gets dirty again before your landlord sees it.
Should I add the inside of the oven and fridge?
If they need it, yes. They're among the first things landlords open, and they take the longest to do yourself.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, as long as we can get in. Many clients leave a key or door code. We finish with a walkthrough of every room, and if you're not there we'll let you know when we're done.
Can you clean a condo or apartment with building rules?
Yes. Let us know about concierge registration, elevator bookings, visitor parking and any time restrictions, and we'll plan the visit around them.
