When should I book the cleaning before my listing photos?
Book the clean for one or two days before the photographer arrives. That's late enough that the home still looks fresh on camera, and early enough to fix anything before the shoot. If you're still packing or decluttering, finish that first so we can reach the surfaces that show up in photos.
Do I need to declutter or pack before you come?
It helps a lot. Clear counters, tables and floors as much as you can, and box up anything you're taking off display. We clean the surfaces we can reach, but we don't move heavy furniture or handle valuables, so the more that's put away, the more of your home we can get to.
Can you clean while I'm still living in the home?
Yes. Most sellers are still living in the home when it lists. We start with a deep clean to get it photo-ready, then you can book quick touch-up visits before open houses so you're not scrubbing bathrooms before every showing.
Can you work with my real estate agent or stager?
Yes. If your agent or stager has a schedule, share it with us and we'll book the clean around photos, staging and showings. We can also take access details from your agent if you won't be home.
What about cleaning after I move out?
Once your things are out, we can do a move-out clean so the home is ready for the buyers on closing day. Inside cabinets, closets and appliances are easiest to clean when the home is empty.
